Software License

No activation key is required. The license terms still apply after purchase and download.

Grant

The buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to install and use the purchased ClutchForge software.

No transfer

The license is personal to the buyer. The buyer may not transfer, sell, rent, lend, sublicense, share, or assign the software or installer to another person.

Restrictions

The software and installer may not be copied, uploaded, publicly posted, redistributed, resold, repackaged, reverse engineered, modified, or used to create a competing product without written permission.

Ownership

ClutchForge retains ownership of the software, installer, interface design, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. A purchase gives a right to use the software, not ownership of the product itself.

Unauthorized distribution

Sharing the installer through Telegram, Discord, cloud drives, forums, marketplaces, file-hosting services, or any public/private distribution channel without permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.
